Horrible Bed!

Bought bed in 2011 at Macy's after trying another bed that didn't suit us. Macy's was good about the exchange. We paid more for the upgrade and because it was a S&F. Initially, bet felt wonderful, bithin 6 months there was a hump down the middle of the king sized $3,200+ mattress. We have endured it for 1 and 1/2 years, waiting for it to get to an inarugable 1 1/2" sink hole on each side, as I have read that getting a replacement is next to impossible. We are currently dealing with back/neck/leg pain and we are right at 1 1/2" on each side.

Pros:

  • Initial Comfort

Cons:

  • Long-Term Comfort
  • Overall Support
  • Surface Integrity

Try having the mattress inspected come and measure the sink hole but....you need to lay on mattress until he comes. They usually come later in the morning so the mattress has time to refresh. I know this can be a pain but it be worth it.

Thank you:) The update is that last July, I did have them come out and measure, and it was replaced by Macy's. However, they don't carry that particular model any longer, so they replaced it with what Macy's and S&F say is comparable, and they claim is actually a bit of an upgrade. HATE IT! Even bought a feather topper and still can't stand it! Ughhh....so we are looking at the Winndom Collection by Custom Comfort, where they make the mattress for you, and it hasn't been sitting upright in a warehouse for Lord knows how long! - Cindy
